At The Villa Beauty Therapy, our clients are incredibly important to us!
We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. In light of this, we will be sending reminder notices 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointments that are over 1.5 Hours, a 50% deposit will be required (can be paid by Credit Card at the time of booking, or online).
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. These are to be paid within 24 hours of contact. Failure to do so will void any future bookings.
Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• less than 24 - hours notice will result in a charge equal to a minimum 50% of reserved appointment(s) **This charge may be waived at our discretion depending on the situation**
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount (more than 2 no shows will result in prepayment of any future bookings ). Cancellation of complementary and prepaid appointments (including but not limited to prizes, promotional exchanges, voucher/loyalty redemption) with less than 24 hours notice incur forfeiture of any and all promised discounts or redemptions. For No Show clients, any loyalty points will be deemed void.
If your therapist is unwell, we will contact you as soon as we can, and try and accommodate another booking with a different therapist. If you have a requirement for a certain therapist, then long waiting times may apply.
